The Bus

In addition to "GaliciaDigital.com", the platform of thematic portals in the Internet, Interdix Galicia, Ltd. has an adapted bus that can be used as classroom and can work as a virtual itinerant classroom, projection or audition or game room, everywhere in Galician, no matter the characteristics and the services of the place.

This VIRTUAL ITINERANT CLASSROOM is installed in a Pegaso bus (Registration number: 8152-BGN, length: 12 m., height: 3, 80 m. and width: 2, 5 m)

The Virtual Bus has:

• Electrical generator for computer teams, lighting and air conditioning supply.
• 2 UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) for computer protection.
• Air conditioning, with heat pump of 3.350 W.
• Sound system: wireless microphone for monitor and background music.
• Independent exterior sound system.
• Satellite or ISDN Internet connection.
• 10 Mac computers (20 seats).
• 1 PC Server.
• 11 computers for system regulation.
• 2 seats for monitors.

The bus can also have:

• Video projector
• Screen of 1,5 x 1,5 m.

Soils and walls are specially prepared to create a nice and quiet interior environment.

Every computer is supported in a metal and wood framework in such a way that it can also serve as a base for another seat with an excellent aesthetic result.

The company has contracted insurances for the journeys and other public liability ones for any unexpected incident that could affect the users.

Personal resources: 1 driver and 1 monitor.

The bus is labelled in a specific way for every campaign with the emblems of the corresponding institution or organisation and the legend that identifies the campaign.

The bus is provided with two tents, both for summer and winter, to protect people who are waiting to go in either from the sun or the rain.
